I live on the US mainland and have been working with Meghan Clair since September 2020 to find a home for my family in Hawaii. We closed on a house in 2022. She had so much patience! Meghan has been really patient with our family and listening to what we were looking for. Because we were not in Hawaii and we were in the middle of the pandemic, she went above and beyond for us. She walked through houses and took video and FaceTimed with our family when we wanted to see things live. She made lists of things she thought could be improved and pointed out the things that were important to us when showing us homes. I felt like she really cared about my family. She has a lot of great knowledge about the island and shared her views and opinions freely. She wasn't trying to sell a house to sell a house. She really tried to find a place that we can call home. I would recommend you consider Meghan if you are looking to buy a new home. She is friendly, kind, thoughtful and a hard worker.
