Our family have been frequent visitors to Maui over the last several years, and we've often considered purchasing a property on the island. With Pamela's expertise working for us, we've now made that aspiration a reality. We first met Pamela by chance when we stopped in at the Coldwell office in Kapalua and she happened to be at the front desk. From our first encounter Pamela provided us with very helpful and timely information on an array of properties that had characteristics fitting our needs. She was readily available to take us out to see some properties on short notice as well. After our initial meeting Pamela stayed in touch with us in a way that made it clear she was ready to work with us on our timeline, we greatly appreciated how she was able to make us feel that she was always available to us, but never in a way that felt excessive or hurried. Once we found some properties that we wanted to seriously consider, Pamela moved very quickly to gather information for us, including video walk-throughs and facetime walk-throughs, which we needed since we were working from another country. We felt confident proceeding with a site unseen purchase because of Pamela's diligence in providing us with information on the properties. Once we were ready to make an offer, Pamela was an absolute pro in guiding us through the steps from offer to acceptance to closing. Every aspect of the transaction that was within Pamela's control was handled in an exceptional manner that exceeded our expectations. Our transaction encountered a couple of "snags" of some significance, both of which were entirely outside the realtor scope of practice. In both cases Pamela was an integral part of us achieving a resolution to those issues, which allowed us to achieve the desired end result. We truly feel that Pamela went above and beyond for us, when our transaction became more complicated than anticipated she didn't skip a beat, and was there to assist us in every way possible without hesitation. Since closing Pamela has engaged with us to ensure that we've managed to set up services (utility, property management etc) such that we are able to utilize our property as needed. We really feel that she genuinely wanted us to not just close on the property, but to find, and utilize the right property for us in the right way. We count ourselves very fortunate that Pamela was the one working the front desk the day we walked into the Kapalua Coldwell office, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor without hesitation.

Pamela Spanko, was such an amazing Property Manager, I can only think of good things to say about her. My property was a house from hell and for 6 months I wasn't able to fill it. Pam was referred to me on "BiggerPockets" as being wonderful in what she does so I gave her a call. Pamela was very pleasant to work with. She went out of her way driving hours to show us homes. She went above and beyond by searching through houses late into the night, multiple times, that she thought would match our desires in a home. When visiting a home she would assist in pointing out positives as well as negative issues that would pertain to us, and come up with ideas on the spot about potential remedies to make it work for us. We’ve worked with many real estate agents and she is the only one who would follow up on specific homes via texting or calling, not just add our requirements to a search engine that populated our e-mail.
