I am an experienced attorney of over 20 years and I have a high bar of expectation for competence, communication, and quality from everyone I hire. Evan is simply superb at every aspect of his work. He has exceeded all of my expectations on everything a real estate agent should provide to their client from cradle to grave throughout the sales process for the property he helped close for us as a buyer. Additionally, he goes above and beyond providing additional services beyond just being your agent including offering to coordinate with vendors, providing honest recommendations, thoughtful and brutally honest feedback, and a positive attitude. We feel lucky to have met him and hope to work with him more in the future for Maui properties.

We couldn't be happier with the level of support and care we received from Evan during the purchase of our condo. Being Canadian and not physically present, Evan went above and beyond to help us in various ways that far exceeded the responsibility of a realtor. Evan was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the property, recommended a listing price, listed the property, and sold it promptly. The price he had recommended was higher than the price other agents thought they could get for the property and he sold the property at a price very close to asking.

I first contacted Evan when I was in the process of considering a 1031 exchange for a homesite and home, in a new development in Upcountry Maui. Evan gave us the confidence to move forward and kept us informed throughout the build, including providing drone videos of the progress. Just as importantly, the 1031 was my first, and Evan took the time to tell me what the process was going to look like, and helped ensure the title company as well as the contract all reflected the 1031 intermediary correctly. Lastly, Evan was super helpful getting our expectations in order for property on an island - and the lifestyle we bought into. In short, we couldn't have done it without him!

We bought a condo recently at the Mana Kai in Kihei and through every step in the process we knew Evan was the right choice! Having a good realtor is one of the most important decisions in buying real estate and we could not have been happier about our decision to hire Evan. He connected us to a great lender, and other professionals needed for the transaction and helped us navigate the process along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and responsive realtor on Maui! I would give 6 stars if I could!

Evan is an exceptional realtor who knows his market better than any other realtor I’ve worked with. He has strong negotiation and people skills, which helped us purchase a beautiful condo in idyllic West Maui steps from the ocean, and he helped negotiate well below list price despite the property still being fresh to the market. He has his finger on the pulse of local laws, regulations and zoning that can help his clients know the permitted uses of their property. I highly recommend Evan’s expertise and representation for any of your real estate transactions!

We were extremely pleased with Evan's involvement as our agent in selling our condo in Kihei . He was diligent ,knowledgeable, courteous and prompt in providing assistance to us with respect to every phase of the sale process. He understood the market re: pricing and provided all help we required to complete the necessary documentation once we had an acceptable offer. If you're looking for a realtor on Maui, look no further, Evan is amazing! We met Evan before we moved early last year before we even moved. He helped us understand the island & even helped with looking at rentals since that is hard today off island! After we moved, he was diligent in his help to find the perfect house for us. Evan is professional, responsive, & made himself constantly available to discuss our needs & options. He did a great job handling all of the negotiations & closing, and also was super helpful in assisting us with finding contractors. We are still in regular touch post close, and we now consider Evan a friend and will recommend him & use him for all of our future needs. Mahalo, Evan!
