OUR REALTOR FOR LIFE!Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Tina Kitchens is absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. Our transaction was a little complicated than we expected and our stress level was high but she is an excellent support system. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams. Tina is SUPERLATIVE, SUPERLATIVE, SUPERLATIVE at what she does. "Genuine", "warm", "responsive", "assertive", "savvy", "patient", "reassuring" and "extremely competent" are other words to describe her virtues as a real estate agent. Tina was extremely patient with multiple showings, offers, and signature gatherings - most conducted with us thousands of miles apart. She demonstrated prior experience with tax situations that were as complex as mine. She coached me through the bid process to ensure my offers were the appropriate amounts. She opened up an effective channel of communication with the seller's agent to maximize my attractiveness as a buyer. She kept me on task and made sure I always knew what was coming next. Any time I had a question around a process, she could essentially walk me through the flowchart off the top of her head. She kept me positive through the painful escrow process, and would act as my advocate to mitigate problems with delays with closing. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Tina. I would recommend her to friends in all confidence.
