Sona was a dream to work with. We held my parent’s property for 5 years before we decided to sell. Sona was patiently waiting & gave us advice along the way. When we finally decided to sell, we fixed our condo per her instructions and with her preferred people. She helped us physically paint, stage, design, drop off donations, etc. We had a buyer! She found a buyer with a solid offer before we even put it on the market. It was a hard transition but Sona made it much smoother!

As a buyer there are all kinds of details that you think of at different times of the day and night. Sona takes all of these and finds the answers quickly and put your mind at ease. You know that she is at your side with your best interest as her priority. Ben accompany me to Honolulu and had eight condos to view. He was knowledgeable of each unit. Made the process a great outing in the big city.
