Mark’s goals as a real estate broker are to assist buyers in fulfilling their dreams of finding the right house in paradise and to help sellers realize the full potential for their house to further fulfill their dreams.
Originally a New York native, Mark Davis transplanted to California to attend U.C. Berkeley for his BA followed by the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he earned his JD. While raising his family, Mark became a real estate attorney, working as bank counsel, transactional and litigation work as well as being general counsel to a resource investment company. After 35 successful years as an attorney, Mark moved to Hawai’i and received his Hawai’i brokers license to complement his California brokers license obtained in 2004.
Together with his legal, investment and development experience, Mark understands and knows how to best represent his client’s interests in buying and selling their homes.
Mark always found real estate to be an exciting field where he can assist people to realize their dreams and assure their assets are well protected. Mark is living his best life on the best island, but he knows it's not always an easy decision to move to or from the Big Island. It is his hope that he can provide a better experience and make those decisions easier for you in order to create value in reaching your decisions.

Wow! Where to begin? We were looking for a family condo to get away from the cold, wet winters of the Pacific Northwest. We knew we wanted to be on the Big Island, where our search lead us to Mark. He didn't know it at the time, but we were definitely going to put his real estate skills to the test. We had a long wish list and wanted a very fast closing. The hitch was, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, had to be done remotely, because we were traveling abroad. Needless to say, Mark covered every detail quickly and thoroughly and didn't miss a beat. Through all of the airport layovers in multiple cities and international time changes from Hawaii, the US mainland, Canada and Europe, he had every "i" dotted and every "t" crossed. We couldn't have asked for a better Realtor and new friend if we tried. We can't THANK YOU enough for your "Aloha Spirit" and helping us find our own little piece of paradise in Hawai'i.
