Joycelyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our purchase was not an easy one as
we bought our home sight unseen and depended on Joycelyn’s professional judgment
to help guide us to the point where we closed on the property. Since our primary home
is in Montana, she really went the extra mile to alleviate our fears of the unknown.
Despite the difference in time zones, she was very responsive and quick to answer any

Being a first time home buyer, my wife and I really needed a realtor who could take us through the entire home buying process. We were so fortunate to have Joycelyn to help us! We had very specific locations on island that we were searching for. Jocelyn did all of our searching for us and would send us potential homes for us to look at as soon as they’d hit the market. This was extremely helpful for us especially considering how quickly houses would sell on island. We fell in love with the third home that she showed us and instantly made our offer. We were so impressed with how streamlined the process was from the day we made an offer to the day Joycelyn handed us our keys. Her energy and positive attitude throughout the entire process was the icing on the cake. We will always cherish the memory of purchasing our first home and Joycelyn was a big reason why!
