Shelley Addison Krynsen is smart and extremely knowledgeable about the Maui Market. She is very personable but a tough negotiator. Someone you want on your side. She is detail oriented and always is there to work hard for you. She has closed over $5,000,000 in Hawaiian real Estate for me in the last 8 years.

Everything went very smoothly. We bought the property at the price we wanted. Shelley was representing me as the buyer. I needed an on Island agent to perform the buying process as I was not able to remain in Hawaii while the whole thing took place. Shelley was very familiar with current market trends. She kept me informed of the process and timelines. She also knew the Title insurance process and people to contact.

We bought our home from her 7 years ago. She made the process seem less as we were in California at the time and selling our home at the same time. Her communication with us was as also spot on and we closed on our property on time and without any issues. She helped navigate the process with the seller and made sure that our soon to be new home was in great shape. She then became a wonderful neighbor. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying - and have done so with much success.
