I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, so I know and love this place like no other. I earned my Bachelors degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, which gave me a solid foundation in service, business, and working with people—something that naturally led me into real estate.

With 6 years of experience as a licensed realtor, I’ve had the honor of ranking in the top 7% in sales at Coldwell Banker. This success comes from my commitment to helping clients navigate the real estate market and achieve their goals. I truly believe that real estate is one of the best ways to build lasting wealth, and I’m here to guide my clients toward making smart, long-term investments.

I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers and have had the privilege of helping many local families navigate the buying process in Hawai’i. My clients often describe me as approachable, relatable, and trustworthy, with a deep understanding of both the buying and selling process.

In addition to residential real estate, I have experience managing single-family construction projects, including ground-up builds and fix-and-flips. This hands-on experience allows me to work seamlessly with investors, guiding them from land purchase, through building and development, all the way to successfully selling their newly built homes.

I take pride in staging my own listings because it helps buyers fully appreciate a home’s potential. I also believe high-quality photography and videography are essential for showcasing a property at its best, which is why I include these services with every listing—at no additional cost. Hanalei was amazing! She is very professional and knowledgeable in her expertise! She knows her stuff!! She went beyond the call of duty from pick us up to drop us off at the airport when we came in for viewing properties. She set up all the necessary services that were needed to make the property what it needed to be. She got us quotes and met with every one of them in order to get the services done, and before we moved into the house She met at the home the Electrician guy, the "water catchment dude" guy, the cesspool cover guy, the gutter cleaning guy and she didn't even need to do that... but she did! She got us a $10,000 credit that we used towards our closing. She kept an open communication with us the entire process!! Her recommendations were on the money with what we wanted and needed!
