Living on Kauai for the last 24 years and raising my kids here is an absolute blessing. There is no better place to call home and be part of a close-knit community of people that have one thing in common and that is being proper stewards of the precious land we all share. While my family is my main "why", real estate has always been a major passion of mine as well. I am very interactive and focused on solutions for each of my client’s unique situations and needs for their families. Whether you are looking for a new home, finding a second home or an income producing rental property, I will individually consult with you to ensure that I offer you a full spectrum of opportunities that best match your unique needs and financial situation. My background in real estate financing, sales and relationship building is my strong suit. I believe in effective communication throughout the entire business transaction, and strive to build a relationship that continues long after your property has closed. I am committed to earning your business and respect every time you choose to do business with me, and refer others to engage my services. Giving my clients the most equitable opportunity I can is my promise. I look forward to working with you!
