Jen has successfully merged over 46 years of varied work and life experience into a real estate career that focuses on the goals and dreams of her clients. Her expertise in the areas of networking, negotiating, marketing, decorating, staging, and relocation are vital tools that help her assist clients in streamlining their process, whether purchasing or selling property. She specializes in Tiny House to Estate, Equestrian and Ranch Properties, Off-Grid and On-Grid Living, and Aging in Place.

Her love of seniors moved her to gain her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation through the National Association of Realtors. In addition, she is the founder and President of Remember Thru Music (www.rememberthrumusic.org) which provides personalized MP3 Players to those diagnosed with memory loss disease, at no cost!

In 2011, Jen and her husband, Pat, moved to Hawaii from the pristine resort community of Big Bear, California. Their unique experience of living in a 450 not-so-square-foot vintage yurt on the Hamakua Coast led her to write My Year In A Yurt, a unique faith-based book on off-grid, tiny house living. They later purchased a one-of-a-kind, off-grid home a quarter mile—as the wild turkey flies— from the yurt, and continue to enjoy life in the Ohia forest...complete with an ocean view!

As a life-long equestrian, Jen flew her 29-year old Palomino and their Nubian goat to the Big Island when they settled in the quaint town of Paauilo. Her love of nature and appreciation of a well-tended garden, as well as her interest and support of the ever-growing tiny house movement, adds to her real estate expertise.
