Andy was extreamly helpful in helping us purchasing the properties here in Bid Island. Looking back we will have to say that without his involvment and help it would be impossible for us to close the deal! He is very knowledgable about everything Bid Island specific, but he is also very patient. At times I felt like we'd asked way too many questions, not only did he not mind answering every single question we had at any given moment with patience, but he was also very responsive. We really felt that he went above and beyond in helping us to understand everything. His knowledge about the real estate in this island as well as his professionalism have definitely earned our trust. We will certainly go back to him if we ever need to sell or purchase a property!

I found Andy's contact info on Zillow's website back in May of 2021 when I decided to move to Hawaii, until he helped me to buy the property on March 08, 2022, it took almost a year. I am very impressed by Andy's excellent service - his knowledge, his patience, his kindness and his responsibilities. He is the person who made my Hawaii dream come true.
I live in Orlando FL, thousands of miles away from Hawaii, it is impossible for me to personally see the properties. Andy never cared if he might just waste time on an out of state client. After a few conversations to find out my plan, he started to send me listings and explained each one the pros and cons and was very patient in answering any questions I had. He is very familiar with the area, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. I learned so much from him about the area which helped me a lot in making the right decision. He always answers my calls and follows my schedules. He never pushed me to make any decisions and even told me to be patient when I was frustrated for not seeing the properties I really liked. He always says be patient, don't worry, there will be a perfect house just for you, it will come out someday.
Until one day, when he found out this brand-new construction was coming to the market, he showed me the property through video talk by each corner of the house just like he always did. I knew it was the one, and Andy knew it too. He quickly submitted the offer and it turned out to be we were the first one, he then followed with the selling agent so closely and made them accept the offer in 2 days! I was so happy to win the bidding war!
On the closing day, Andy went to the airport to pick me up, did the final walk through, answered my millions of questions, and took me back to the airport after closing. Within this whole long process, he treated me not just like a client, he treated me like a real friend, I feel so lucky to find Andy as my agent. This whole thing wouldn't happen without Andy's help. I just wanted to say Thank you Andy!

We are a retired couple who lived in the mainland and like to find a place near the ocean as our retirement home in Hawaii. We are so glad that we found Andy as our agent!
Andy was beyond awesome to work with. Since we were still living in Virginia when we started to search the houses on Hawaii island, Andy did all the video showing for us for the houses we like. He puts his heart and soul into everything and really got us a fabulous house come with all the beautiful furniture and a great sharp SUV! So, we can land on the land just with our suitcase, and move in the house without worry about anything!
Andy is very personable and professional and knows what works in the market and gets right to it. He helped us negotiate down the price, saved us tremendous money, not mention the furniture and SUV he help us got.
