We recently worked with Stacy on a fairly complicated transaction---selling one Maui condo and buying another. Obviously timing was everything!Stacy got our condo sold in about 24 hours, then helped us negotiate a deal for our new condo. Finally, she followed both deals through escrow including a 1031 Exchange. Sold condo closed in 27 days, and new condo shortly thereafter. Stacy was with us all the way, and we couldn't have been happier!

Moving to Maui in a jiffy due to husband's relocation and coming to the realization that buying a home (vs. renting) was the way we wanted to go, was a difficult decision to make. As most people know or have heard, finding housing in Maui is limited - EVERYONE is trying to buy a home. Not to mention the stories we kept hearing about how fast houses come and go and the stories potential buyers were sharing with us - it was not encouraging.

Partnering with Stacy made the process SO MUCH less stressful than it could've been. What I loved about partnering with Stacy the most was her persistent positivity. Every 'hurdle' we came across, or the times when I would get 'down' or doubtful, she always encouraged me with her positivity that everything would work out; that the home we chose would be our home. And, indeed, she was right! The home we chose, became OUR HOME!

Stacy keeps in touch and has even helped out with our new home even after we closed! She helped me find an amazing handyman who has been incredible with making little fixes and/or updates here and there!

I have no doubt, to this very day, that our home would not be ours had it not been for her tenacity, drive and positivity when it came to all aspects of the home buying process. I can't imagine going through this process again without her! Mahalo nui loa, Stacy!
