Terri C. Abay-Abay has called West Maui home since 1987, and for nearly four decades she has built her life and her career around people.  After more than 40 years in Maui's hospitality industry, Terri brings a rare gift to real estate:  she truly listens.  She takes the time to understand each client's wants, needs, and dreams, then works tirelessly and with integrity to help turn them into reality.

Originally from Oregon, Terri moved to Maui in 1987, where she met her husband of more than 38 years, a Hawaii native.  Her deep roots in the community
and firsthand knowledge of the island make her a trusted local guide, whether clients are buying their first home, relocating, or investing in a piece of paradise.
