Dave was born and raised south of Boston, and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. Although he has worked in a variety of sales and business settings, he found his niche in real estate. After successfully starting his career as a realtor in Boston, he and his wife Jillian jumped at the opportunity to move to Maui. Dave hit the ground running and hasn't looked back since.

David was tremendously helpful from the moment we met until the close of escrow on our purchase in Maui. He made special arrangements for us to view the unit, answered all of our questions, and coordinated a somewhat complicated transaction with the lender, escrow, and seller. I highly recommend him without hesitation for any Buyers or Sellers. He's also a very friendly, approachable person who embodies the famous Aloha spirit for which the Hawaiian Islands are famous.

We bought a condo in Kehei with Dave as our agent. We had been corresponding with him and came to HI to look a various neighborhoods and developments, so Dave knew what we were looking for. He identified a fabulous house/condo and notified us before it was listed. We jumped at the opportunity and have been totally happy with the outcome. The owners had recently reduced their expectation and didn't want to negotiate further, but Dave convinced them to come down a bit further so everyone was satisfied with the transaction. Next Dave found a tenant for a 12 month lease and who seems very responsible. Again, this is helpful service above what's expected. Dave is super pleasant and encouraging, and a gret advocate. So I recommend him to any buyer.
