Sunny was great. In addition to a bright personality and a warm smile, she alerted us to new listings within hours and responded quickly to our inquiries about properties and scheduling. We were on the mainland and she did a few walk-through with us on the phone so we could see details of properties to decide if they were worth a trip to inspect. On my first trip to view listings, she even picked me up at the airport and drove me to the location so we would not waste time waiting in line for a rental car. Most important once she learned what kind of spaces we were looking for, she arranged to show us the property we bought when it was already under contract and negotiated a deal with the seller that carried the day. Very strategic in addition to being very accommodating.

My wife and I have played in the real estate market for many years as homeowners. We found Sunny on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kailua Kona to be the BEST salesperson we have ever used. Her attention to detail on paper work was fantastic and she communicated clearly. Sunny took charge of everything after we moved making sure she had our best interest at heart. Sunny orchestrated landscapers, plumbing repairs, paint subcontractors, house cleaners and window cleaners. I would highly recommend using her as your agent. Sunny was able to orchestrate the closing of one home and the purchase of another gracefully and without missing a beat. She is a clear and direct communicator who made us feel like we were her only client even though I knew that she had at least 10 clients with several balls up in the air at the same time. Yet my family felt like we were the most important clients in the world to her. What I appreciated most was that she went above and beyond, helping us to source quotes on flooring, helping us to source plumbing people, painters and ensuring that my mother was able to move from her home in the Volcano to her new home in Kona and that she would have a safe and secure place to be in the midst of the pandemic. Sunny makes you feel like you’re her best friend and she would do anything and everything possible to make your dreams of homeownership come true. In our case this was especially important because we were purchasing a home for an elderly parent who needed a place that was on a flat level with no stairs and a few unique accessibility requirements. Sunny’s attention to detail, genuine sense of enlightened hospitality, aloha spirit and professional, clear communication made it all so much easier for us made what seems like a daunting process much easier than we had anticipated. From concept to completion Sunny was there for us at every juncture even when we didn’t understand what the other realtor was saying, she handled the transaction seamlessly and flawlessly, carefully taking the time to explain to my aging mother what exactly was happening what different terms meant and why that was important and how she would need to address them she made it all so easy for us! When the home sale closed, she even took the time to meet with us on the lanai of our new home. She brought flowers and celebrated with us as if we were part of her own family-
it made us feel like part of her own family. Usually in sales like this it’s very transactional but with Sunny it’s relational because she knows that in such a small island community as Hawaii island it’s not what you know but it’s how you treat people and how you make them feel. Ultimately people don’t care about what you know…the thing people remember most is how you make them feel and Sunny made us feel like we really mattered….you can’t put a price on that - it’s invaluable

Anyone who has bought or sold a home KNOWS the joy of moving in comes after WEEKS of uncertainty. After sending an e-mail to Sunny, she was quick to respond by phone call. We had an amazing experience with Sunny in the sale of our house.
Selling a home, particularly one like ours, which is unique and had tons of additional paperwork to complete with the Real Estate Commission because of its CPR status, can be very stressful. And Sunny was the perfect agent to handle the whole process from start to finish.
Sunny was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and she did an amazing job presenting our home online with a brilliant write up, and fantastic photos, video and virtual tour. Our turn around from listing to closing was rapid, and Sunny was a great communicator, responsive to all our questions and concerns, no matter how small. She managed the entire process brilliantly.
