Annie went above & beyond. We can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for me & my family. When we first were looking for a house we were unsure of what we wanted or if we were going to find anything. But Annie didn’t stop til we found a house that was perfect for us. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to buy a home. Even if you are living on the other side of the island she went out of her way to show us houses. Thank you Annie for everything you’ve done for us.

Annie is an island treasure. A local with deep roots in the island community her knowledge of island real estate is bolstered by intelligence and warmth. She's one of the most knowledgable realtors I've ever worked with. In addition her visual design eye is a must for any rennovation project. She's resourceful, pleasant to work with, very detailed oriented and made my out-of-state purchase as smooth as glass. She helped me source new items for my newly purchased condo worked with me to find a reliable contractor and helped me find the right property management company. She's a real estate investor's dream. I know I will buy more properties from Annie because there is no one I'd rather help spend my money.
