We love Lovette! She helped us purchase our dream condo in the Big Island of Hawaii - in Kailua Kona.. From the beginning of the process of searching for a property we wanted to add to our real estate portfolio, Lovette listened closely to our objectives and criteria. We have separate lists of the “must have” and “it will be nice to have” in a property as a guide in our pursuit. For every property we looked at, Lovette helped us go through the “pros and cons” of each property. She patiently listened to us but confidently advised us which showed the amount of expertise, experience and “island” knowledge she has. Lovette’s professional demeanor and real estate know-how gave us the confidence in her communications and coordination with the Seller’s agent, Loan officer and Escrow company. Our journey with Lovette was epic. She helped us purchase a home in Waikoloa in 2017. Then, in 2021, we began looking for a larger home and put our home on the market. We had over 10 offers and we entered escrow but with the contingency that we had to find and purchase a replacement home before we would sell our current home. It took us until May 2024 to find that replacement home. Once found, Lovette worked her magic, for she had to navigate three transactions: the buyer of our home had to sell their condo in order for them to buy our home and we had to sell our home in order to purchase our replacement home. As usual, there were many issues such as timing that had to be resolved. However, Lovette was able to effectively communicate with all the parties and find common ground throughout the process. I recall one phone call with her on a Sunday morning in mid April where we had to tell her that we were cancelling escrow on a replacement home but that we had a new replacement home in mind. Within an hour, she had contacted the owner of the new home and opened escrow on this replacement home. Such is the 24/7 level of service we received. We are loving our new home and Lovette helped make it happen.
