About Me: With a passion for service excellence, I bring nearly two decades of experience as an active-licensed Hawaii real estate agent, having earned my Hawaii Broker designation in 2012. My journey in real estate began in 2005, following a diverse professional background that includes banking (foreign exchange, finance, sales, and marketing), radio, and advertising.

As a proud graduate of Kailua High School and Hawaii Pacific University, I'm rooted in the islands, originally from Kailua, on the island of Oahu.

The journey of finding the right lot has been for over 2 years now...

We actually stumbled upon Tracey from one of her listing lots that we ending up not moving forward with it. By the recommendation of our contractor her listing lot didn’t fit with the pool we wanted to build, but ultimately he informed us that if we were looking for an agent that she is highly recommended… on that recommendation we decided to go with Tracey in hopes of finding our perfect lot. We had a specific area-pricing we were looking at, which limited on what she could show us. After nearly 2 years we finally found our perfect lot. We put an offer and ended up losing the offer to another bidder. We were so disappointed, but Tracey recommended that we do a back-up bid. In our mind that other offer was “all cash” what was the chances that they would pull out. However, we took her advice and submitted the backup bid. Fast forward little over a month later I receive a text from Tracey that the other bidder's offer was falling through… I didn’t want to get too excited until that bidder signed the cancellation. Low and behold their offer officially was canceled and because we signed the backup bid our offer then came into play… Now we’re officially lot owners to start our process of building our beautiful home.

I can’t stress enough how helpful Tracey has been, from her recommendations of being a backup bid… to helping us with our land loan with dealing with the Hawaii banks since we’re not there in person. We’re so blessed to have had the humble honor of having her as our agent. Tracey goes above and beyond for her clients. Though the road has had its bumps with finding our perfect lot, especially since we’re in the mainland… with her by our side we were finally able to get there. We also believe everything happens for a reason as our current lot exceeds our expectations compared to the other lots we saw.

Feeling blessed with our agent, contractor, friends that have helped us with this process. Tracey is the best, you will not regret hiring her!! We thank her for all her hard work, we can’t wait to celebrate with her once our house is finished being built!! Karl and I couldn’t have done this without her!!

"My husband and I were anticipating many trips to Kona and much anxiety when we decided to finally sell our unit at the Fairways in Mauna Lani. With his very busy schedule, the transaction would have been indefinitely delayed if not for Tracey's efforts in making the sale painless. We did not make a single trip to Kona! All the paperwork was handled by email and DocuSign. The repairs and cleaning were all arranged. We wouldn't have known where to start, who to call in Kona, and who to trust to take care of our needs to make the unit saleable. We didn't even have to fly to Kona to make arrangements to ship items such as furniture home to Honolulu. Tracey arranged for everything to be included in the sale and was even willing to find clients to take the unwanted furniture. We cannot thank Tracey enough for all the effort she poured into making sure we were not inconvenienced in any way.  There was no back and forth between seller and buyer. Everything was explained and clarified so all questions were answered promptly. Imagine, we only know her name and voice and so one day we hope to meet her face to face to thank her for all her hard work.  If there are any persons who have questionable opinions about Realtors, they should work with Tracey and all their doubts will be dispelled."
