Nic was born in Honolulu and raised on the Big Island where he graduated from Hawaii Preparatory Academy. He went on to complete his bachelor’s degree in Business at the University of the Pacific and while there, was captain of the Division One Men’s Volleyball team.

His experience on the island provides unprecedented knowledge of each area. Nic successfully continues to provide high quality service to his clients and has done over 65 Million in sales.. His upbringing has instilled in him the importance of God, family and he values loyalty, respect and honesty. He works closely with his father, Frank Schenk in real estate sales, and continues to be a proprietor of his own luxury property management company.

Competitive by nature, Nic‘s quest is amplified to perform his best in everything he does. He loves the ocean and during his free time, he can be found spending time with his family. Wife Jessamin, son Aiden and daughter Eliyanah, surfing and hanging at the beach with family and friends.
