Reitte is truly wonderful to work with. In only one or two meetings, in different time zones, she knew what we were looking for. She worked so hard for us, regularly sending updates and homes for us to check out. She asked such great questions that she helped us figure out what we really wanted. Riette's extensive experience both living and selling real estate in Maui shined throughout the entire experience - even during the escrow process. We could tell that she values her relationships with other agents and people in the business. Our days together were really productive and she really worked hard to maximize our limited time when we were on the island to look. I should also mention that she is a lot of fun to be around! Her intuition and ability to hone in on what was most important to us led us to out finding our dream home - she truly wants what is best for her clients. Riette was recommended to me by a friend who assured me she was the best in Maui for finding the perfect vacation home. I found out immediately that was true. With her extensive knowledge of the Kihei/Wailea area we found exactly what house suited my needs. She displayed the utmost professionalism and integrity throughout the entire closing process. We met Riette during a vacation to Maui in 1997, when we first began to consider purchasing a vacation rental property in Hawaii. Riette spent a day or two showing us what was available, and over the next two years, she kept us up to date on property sales in the Wailea/Makena area. When we made the decision to go ahead, Riette immediately went to work to find us a property. She has worked with buyers who do not live in Hawaii, and is quite skilled in understanding their needs. Riette was very helpful, working through the offer- and counter-offer process, as well as the closing mechanics. Even now, months after the closing, she has continued to keep in touch and help us with anything we need. She has been tremendous in helping us to locate architects, contractors and others to have remodeling done on the unit we purchased. She knows who to call to get the job done well. We were delighted with the quality and attentive service that Riette provided. We would not hesitate to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell property in the Wailea/Makena/Kihei area.
