Max Blair is THE BEST real estate professional we have ever known. Maybe this happens to everyone, but it was obvious from the start that even though we are professionals (attorney and pilot) we really didn't know what we wanted to buy - and he was so patient with our amateur "house hunter TV show" expectations! Max was very professional. His marketing expertise and knowledge was outstanding. He sent out flyers thought the mail. His professional photographer not only took pictures of the inside but used a drone to capture the beautiful oceanfront property it sits on. His suggestions for staging really accented the positive of our place. His communication and follow up was excellent. We always received step by step instructions for everything.We have used Max in four real estate transactions both as a seller and a buyer and would definitely use him again.

Max was excellent. He sent us properties to review that were on the market. He communicated regularly and had houses ready to show the day I arrived on Maui. He recommended being pre-approved for a loan and sent the names of people he had worked with. Max was very quick to return phone calls or texts about properties we had visited. Max made sure we had inspections. Being pre-approved made the process work quickly when we found our dream home.

I appreciate professionalism. I appreciate it more so when the stakes are high. There are few higher stakes than the sale of the most valuable asset an individual will own; their home. From the first email to closing, Max was nothing but professional. He knows the market, knows pricing, knows negotiating and is incredibly responsive. When we had to have work done to get our property ready for sale, he had everyone lined up we could possibly need. Trust is hard to establish with a stranger, but all his 5 star reviews and mine included, should make it a bit easier for the next client to.

We just closed on a condo with Max sight-unseen! From the beginning, Max was very understanding of our criteria, and even had additional knowledgeable input to provide a better focus in our search. After working with us on a couple of offers, Max was able to help us swiftly negotiate on a 3rd offer that was accepted significantly below asking. Throughout the process of putting in offers and the escrow, Max was very communicative, flexible and efficient with all parties involved, including the seller's agent, loan officer, inspector, appraiser and future property manager. We could not have found a better real estate agent to represent us. We highly recommend Max for your real estate needs!
