Debbie helped my family purchased our first home. She took us to see houses at least twice a week. She was very honest about the properties, pricing and areas that we saw. She was able to negotiate $17,000 less than list price. The price of the house was not much however she worked really hard as if we were her only client.
Debbie was always responsive. Unlike other realtors, she picked up her phone calls most of the time. She was very patient with us. This was our first time searching for houses and Debbie explained everything to us step by step, and involved us with the inspections and reports. She kept us updated of the process and timeline. Debbie followed up with the other agent to make sure all the problems were resolved. She worked closely with the mortgage broker and title company and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Debbie was very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. She was a caring realtor. My family is grateful that she got us a home. I highly recommend her to everyone.
