Dana made the process of selling real estate efficient and pleasurable. Throughout the process, she demonstrated a strong understanding of the entire transaction laying out what we should expect, how we should proceed, and other invaluable insights. She has the rare quality of being equally professional and personable. But just as importable, she is available. Our sale had some challenges and she was always on top of it. Be it with survey companies or contractors, she went way above and beyond. Dana helped us navigate through all the paperwork, electronic signatures, inspections and everything in between. She was always there to answer the many questions we had, being extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market. In summary, if you are looking for a home in Hawaii, I would highly recommend Dana without hesitation. I have worked with many agents in Hawaii and one thing that's always a struggle is being able to get in touch with your agent and have them respond to calls and/or emails. Dana was the first agent we worked with in Hawaii that was always available and that eased a lot of the anxiety we had. She is wonderful.

Dana, showed me around Kaui. She has a great knowledge of both the island as a whole and the properties she represents. My home buying in Hawaii is on temporary hold, however, Dana continues to stay in touch and gives me updates about new listings.

Highly recommended! Aside from being a highly ethical person, Dana went above and beyond a reasonable effort in selling our lot. She made us very comfortable with the process. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any real estate transaction. She makes sure every task was completed in a timely manner. Our sale was a complicated one from the start and i'm not sure we could have sold it without Dana's diligence and hard work. I was also very impressed that she came on sight for every showing of our property to assist a potential buyer and their agent with a complete understanding of the value of our property. There were lots of questions from potential buyers and Dana was on top of it. Not many agents would have made themselves consistently available like she did. Dana is awesome.Highly likely to recommend
