James Martin has lived on the island of Kauai for the past 50 plus years. He has an incredible knowledge and respect for the Aina. His passion for design and build led him to be a prolific contractor, building homes all over the island and Kukui’Ula. In the 1980’s Jim ventured into real estate. His desire for his clients to obtain their dream home, has been paramount to his success. With a careful and kind nature, Jim has been able to connect with his repeat clients and their families for years.
