This review is for my 6th purchase transaction with Brenda. I had a request for a very hard to find property configuration that Brenda cold-called until she persuaded a hesitant seller into a direct transaction.Bank skittishness and changing lending requirements stemming from COVID delayed my close by several months. There were several times I was expecting the transaction to slip away, but Brenda kept us in the game with the seller until we finally came up with a creative financing solution that didn't require immediate bank approval.This deal would have imploded several times over if it were not for Brenda's sheer determination and resourcefulness. We make a great team and I look forward to our next purchase together.

Brenda was the real estate professional that we chose to help us find our home in Hawaii. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market on Kauai and has helped developers during the construction phase. When we chose to sell our home, Brenda was our agent. She made many suggestions for improvement to aid sale process and when we secured a buyer she was always on top of the paperwork deadlines. Without Brenda’s help I don’t believe that our sale would have been completed. Brenda is a true professional!

5 stars is not enough. Working with Brenda has been both a blessing and a delight. She is absolutely the most knowledgeable, personable, efficient and magical agent that I've ever worked with (i've worked with 9 different agents in different markets). Brenda has a gift for working successfully with all different personality types. i'm a slightly impatient east coaster that likes things done with a sense of urgency. We appreciated each other and clicked right away. Within a day of our chance meeting, we had a signed P&S agreement on a great fully furnished condo at the Regency. Brenda has been on top of every detail and has been invaluable in coordinating all details of the transaction (inspections, appraisals, fixes, vendors, upgrades, etc). i was initially concerned about completing my first transaction from the mainland, while everybody else was on 'island' time. but, now I have complete confidence that my interests are capably represented on the Island by Brenda. I can't imagine a scenario that she wouldn't be able to deftly resolve between her own resourcefulness and her extensive on-Island network.She found me such a good deal, I had extra funds in my 1031 exchange, with only a week left during the identification period to find another home. Brenda made a few calls, and within days, had negotiated a very fair offer on an amazing unlisted property that magically came from her personal network. Magic.I've purchased 2 homes with her in the first 3 months of 2019, and expect to close on a 3rd home in the next few months. I look forward to working with Brenda for many many years!One day when we were doing a walk through, she pulled out some nachos, fresh guac, bubbly water, and homemade banana snacks. Like I said, she's magical. i'm grateful to be her client.

Brenda is the best realtor I have worked with in a relationship spanning decades, her representing me both buying and selling properties in Kauai. She goes way beyond expected professional responsibilities, being what I consider an activist realtor. I especially appreciate all the Open Houses she gives & realtor caravans offering delicious drinks & treats and a depth of information to prospects. She is very intelligent, classy and fun to work with having an upbeat personality, excellent taste and creative strategies.She buys and sells properties of all different values; in fact I just recommended her to a friend with a 20M property to sell.

We recently closed on our first Kauai purchase, and Brenda did a fantastic job representing us in a dual-agency situation. Brenda was very responsive, extremely professional, gave us great recommendations, and made sure the closing process went as smooth as possible. We are out-of-town purchasers who live in California and had never been to Kauai until we started looking for a property, so we were initially nervous about not being present in Kauai throughout the process. However, we knew we were in good hands with Brenda from the very beginning. Brenda also went above and beyond for us in so many unexpected ways. Honestly, she is the best real estate agent we've had. I highly recommend her with no reservations!

Brenda's prompt attention to our questions and concerns was amazing. It seemed that no matter what she was doing, she took the time to help us as we made the decision to purchase a condo across the ocean from where we live. Her connections with people on the island, her integrity and energy, as well as her kind nature were appreciated. Even after the purchase, Brenda helped connect us with artists and people who could help with the moving-in process. We highly recommend Brenda!
