As a first time home buyer, I could not have chosen a better realtor than Mike. The decades of experience that Mike gained during his years of building homes on Kauai has made him uniquely qualified to sell homes here. Mike is a 'tell it like it is' kind of guy who doesn't beat around the bush and is not afraid to tell you his true thoughts and feelings about the properties available. I never once felt pressured into making quick decisions and there was multiple instances where he actually talked me out of a home that I was interested in due to things that I had not thought of myself. Mike is high energy, punctual, reliable and honest. It took 3 years and we wrote multiple offers on multiple properties before Mike was able to get me into something that I loved. He stuck by me and never got tired of making arrangements to show me properties. I truly felt like I had someone fighting in my corner for me the entire time and I'm glad to say that not only did I end up in a beautiful home, I've gained a great friend in Mike and his wonderful family along the way.

Mike helped us look for property for 3 years on Kauai before we finally purchased. We looked all over the island, and Mike had great input on every area. If he didn’t know the answer he quickly found the answer for us. In his past he was a contractor, so he has a great eye when looking at real estate. We entered into escrow with out seeing the property solely based on the videos Mike had sent us. We trust him and will always recommend him to family and friends!

My wife and I had looked at a couple houses with Mike and were just starting our process of trying to find a home. We saw a listing one morning, drove by the place to get a feel for it and we loved it. We called Mike and he met us there with the selling realtor within a few hours. We were first time home buyers and had a million questions. Mike answered them all in a timely manner, and we felt assured he was really going to bat for us. I would recommend him to anyone

Mike went above and beyond to help us purchase the TVR property we were interested in. He met with me on a tight travel schedule to show me the house, jumped in to notify us when the previous offer fell through, and helped us negotiate for significant savings. In addition, he provided contacts for insurance and repairs that were needed post-sale. He is down-to-earth and will take the time to make sure you understand the local market and requirements. We can't say enough positive things about our experience--we definitely recommend working with Mike!

If you are looking for a great realtor who is honest, reliable, and great to work with, look no further - Mike Liberatore is your guy. Mike helped me find the perfect house for me and my family and made the entire house-buying experience a lot smoother. He linked me up with local contractors and did not mind going above and beyond to make sure I was both comfortable and confident with my decision. One thing that I recall made a huge impact was videos of the propety - he showed me the condition of the rooms, appliances, and lot, as well as the neighborhood, the drive to the house, and even the proximity to the beach! For me, that sold me on the property and on Mike. To top it all off, shortly after moving in Mike stopped by to check in on how things are going and dropped off some fresh fish for me and my family to enjoy.
