Peggy Lyn Speicher is Managing Director, Kapalua & Ka'anapali with Coldwell Banker Island Properties based in Kapalua, Maui. Peggy Lyn and her husband, Chris, have a 26 year old daughter who graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, then graduated from Naval OCS in 2018, and is now a Lieutenant, Junior Grade in the United States Navy based in Newport, Rhode Island.

Peggy Lyn should be your top choice for a Maui realtor! I cannot go into all the details of how long we were searching for our Maui condo, and how many places we saw (remotely too), as it would be a very long story. Nevertheless, she was there every single step of the way, never giving up, always searching, giving us advice about the properties, and finding us new options in a tight market. She stuck by us through almost purchases, and the ones we lost, never saying no, and always working hard for us - putting together offers quickly and efficiently. She even helped us save on our purchase when our appraisal came in low (her negotiation skills are top notch). I could go on and on but for now I'll just say, we found the perfect little condo on Maui for our family, and we will be forever grateful to Peggy Lyn.

We worked with Peggy Lyn during our search for and purchase of a home on Maui. On three separate trips to Maui she showed us close to 15 homes, continuing to refine possible homes based on our feedback. She was always well organized for these trips, respectful of our time, and provided us with helpful, supporting information. When we decided on the property we wanted to purchase, she provided excellent guidance so that we could craft the right (and successful) offer. After our offer was accepted, she managed all aspects of the process through closing. The offer acceptance included a number of contingencies and provisions, including an agreement to purchase the furnishings in the home. She managed all of this with complete professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. Peggy Lyn is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in Maui, and the requirements for contract offers and closing. She is smart, well organized, detail oriented, and hard working. She responded to our emails and texts in a timely manner and was always available to talk with us by phone. She is also a delightful person to work with.
