George is astounding. He goes above and beyond and takes great pride in his work. I love his awesome customer service and really listens to your needs! He has helped me achieve my goal to own a quality place of my own. He went beyond the call of duty to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything! George was referred to us by a friend (he sold her a condo on Maui several years ago that she is thrilled with as well). He began working with us via phone several months ago and would find us ocean front condos that fit exactly what we were looking for. We'd also find things that we were interested in and he'd go take a look for us. He was awesome! He'd go shoot videos and take photos and send them to us in Colorado. When we became very serious about a few places, we booked a very last minute trip on Christmas day to fly out and check several condos out for ourselves. We had issues finding a place to stay and George was kind enough to offer his home to our family if we couldn't find a place- talk about going above and beyond! We found a place to rent for the week- no worries :-). He was incredible throughout the entire process. Any time that we called, he was there. He would call to check in and make sure that all was well and answer any questions that we had. He'd go and measure things for us and tell us the condition of items in the condo to assist us with remodeling plans even! I've gone as far as to ship an item to his home (he's holding in his garage for me now until we made it out to Maui again). Could George be any better? NO! He's absolutely the very best and we'll refer friends and colleagues to him over and over again. George has become a lifelong friend throughout this process. We can't say enough wonderful things about him, his professionalism, his knowledge of the island (if you want to rent your condo, go to this area, if you are looking for more of a retirement condo to enjoy yourself, go to this area), his honesty and his kindness. We have known George and used George as our real estate agent for over 15 years. He sold our Lahaina home, brokered the purchase of a vacation rental at Kamaole Sands, brokered the purchase of a 3.5 acre property in Kula and is currently selling another home for us at Kulamanu Estates. George is born and raised on Maui and has first hand intimate knowledge of the island. He is professional, hardworking, detail oriented, extremely responsive, tremendous people skills in difficult negotiations, and most of all we can count on him to have our best interest at heart. We would not be where we are today in our real estate assets if it was not for George to help us through the challenging process.
