We hired Roger to represent us on the purchase of a vacation rental in Maui and we had very specific criteria on exactly which unit we wanted. It was a big ask as it narrowed the search down to about 4 units out of over 300 in the development. And Roger got it done. He was not only skilled in putting a deal together but also had an upper hand on real-time information. Thank you, Roger!

Roger made the process of finding a vacation rental in Kihei for us as least stressful as possible in a very competitive sellers’ market. In my opinion Rogers two biggest strengths are: 1.His knowledge and experience in knowing all details associated with each of the condo complexes in Kihei is outstanding. He saved us time by instantly pointing out the pros and cons of each property in detail allowing us to make quick and informed decisions. 2.Roger is very responsive! He almost always picked up the phone when I called and if he didn’t answer immediately texted me letting me know he’ll call me as soon as he can. Responsiveness is critical in a hot sellers’ market. If you’re looking to purchase or sell in South Maui, Roger is the realtor to go with hands down.
