Dave was born and raised south of Boston, and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. Although he has worked in a variety of sales and business settings, he found his niche in real estate. After successfully starting his career as a realtor in Boston, he and his wife Jillian jumped at the opportunity to move to Maui. Dave hit the ground running and hasn't looked back since.

Dave was very helpful in selling my property. Selling property out of state, it was reassuring to know that he was always working in my best interest and kept me updated on all issues. He managed all the details and even took the time to get a local contractor to fix things that came up in the inspection, saving me the time and frustration to do so long distance. His communication was timely and did an excellent job of just touching base with me, even just to say hi and see how things were going. He listened to me to help achieve my goals and worked within my timeline. He brings great knowledge and was a pleasure to work with. Dave is really a great person and someone I would definitely work with again.

David came highly recommended by another CB agent on Oahu. He handled the purchase of our condo with perfection and ease. He was very helpful in hearing out our questions and concerns as we navigated through the viewing and then making an offer based on his extensive Maui real estate knowledge. When it came time to make our offer his recommendation helps us secure the property with the seller and if we had not taken his advice we would have missed out on getting the property completely. David went above and beyond what I would expect an agent would do coming from a neighbor island.

We had a great experience with Dave on our Maui home purchase! From our very first meeting, Dave was extremely friendly and helpful in hearing out our needs and making recommendations based on his extensive knowledge of the island. When it came time to make offers, Dave did some pretty skillful negotating on our behalf, and we ended up getting an even better deal than we expected! We came in a bit nervous having never bought a home from afar, but Dave was able to overcome the distance through virtual meet-ups and he kept us well informed every step of the way. Once we were in escrow, we were able to rest easy while Dave handled the various tasks and details flawlessly. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with a home transaction in Maui.

We met Dave at an open house while visiting Maui. He was very attentive in answering our questions and we enjoyed the time spent with Dave so we continued to work with him to find a place on Maui. Throughout the entire process Dave was1) Incredibly responsive and clear in communications, nothing got dropped or forgotten2) Helpful in evaluating our choices and making recommendations that were in our best interest (e.g. right negotiation process, location, etc)3) Helpful follow up with missing documentation, working with AOAO, etc.I enjoyed working with Dave and would definitely recommend him.

Dave has helped us with 2 transactions on Maui. The latest one was at the Mana Kai where he helped my mother in law purchase a condo. He did a great job with helping her understand the different properties and areas of the island. We were targeting Kihei and Wailea for mixed-use condos. He listens well and works to understand your specific interests and needs. We looked at many properties over a several month period. He was always available and his custom email updates were helpful refining our search and waiting for the right property. When we were ready to make an offer, he was very proactive and drove the process for us. We are on the mainland so everything had to be done remotely. She has owned her property for the past several months and he continues to be approachable and helpful. We highly recommend Dave.

He is well connected with buyers and sellers and was able to find multiple buyers at the price we were looking for. Dave went above and beyond all of our expectations. We were following the market for nearly a year and Dave patiently kept up with us. When the perfect match came on the market for us, Dave and his team were right on it. We have been doing most of the process remotely and Dave has spent a tremendous amount of time researching things on our behalf. Over the last year we have gotten to know Dave, and now consider him a friend. I highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in a place in Maui.
